Thesis aims to investigate lysogenic Staphylococcus aureus in respiratory tract infections and characterize their molecular, antimicrobial, and immunological profiles. and concluded that lysogenic Staphylococcus aureus isolates exhibited greater prophage diversity and higher antimicrobial resistance, without consistent alterations in systemic immune markers, further large-scale studies are recommended to clarify the clinical and immunological implications of lysogenic prophage carriage in respiratory Staphylococcus aureus isolates and to support improved infection control strategies.
