The College of Science, in the Department of Mathematics, held a seminar titled "Graph Theory and Group Theory" for postgraduate student Maitham A. Jumaa.In this seminar, the relationship between graph theory and group theory is explored, where algebraic structures such as groups can be used to study graphs and their properties. Several types of graphs generated from groups will be presented, along with a discussion of graph automorphisms and their role in studying symmetry and obtaining groups associated with graph structures.
