The Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Science, University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Department of Physics, organized an awareness lecture entitled (Breast Cancer Prevention: The Role of Healthy Nutrition in Reducing Risk Factors).The lecture was delivered by Dr. Duha Mahmoud Mansour, Dr. Ahlam Khudair Yasser, and Dr. Marwa Jawad Kadhim.

The lecture highlighted the importance of early detection of breast cancer and the role of healthy nutrition, physical activity, and stress management in reducing risk factors. It also aimed to promote health awareness and foster a culture of prevention among female students.
