The Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra held a periodic meeting of the department, during which the instructions of the University Council and the College Council were discussed for the beginning of teaching in the second semester of the year 2022-2023.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Dr. Nayef Mohsen Aziz, the former head of the department, honored his scientific achievements during his tenure.

It is noteworthy that Dr. Nayef Mohsen Aziz assumed the position for a year, starting from March-2022.
